Ah that makes sense.

Hear me out you have 200 or subscribers as far as I can tell, all of those subscribers and all future subscribers could be evangelists for the platform. Ive already talked your product up to several friends and acquaintances and all are game and excited to check out the program. I’ve worked with other affiliate programs in the past and typically what they offer is a unique affiliate ID number and a hyperlink that drives possible consumers to the signup page. Any subscribers that join using that link become your referral.
