Dominicalito and Uvita have more longboard-oriented waves

Dominical is a round and very heavy barrel…so if longboarding you might prefer something with good rocker and a smaller tail 🙂

If the waves get massive…which there is a small chance of because you’re going whilst seasons change…then there is a place called Quepos that has a super fun wave inside the port but sshhhh – its out in the open and for all to see but its a bit of a hidden gem has Quepos isn’t really a surfy town

Definitely get a field book for birds and wildlife – you are going to a really special part of the world!
